Expansion of the technological possibilities in LNQE research building: We now have an extra facility for vapour deposition of wafers and small pieces with gold, titanium, and other metals.
The facility was made available through cooperation with the Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt and Department 2 can be used by the LNQE working groups. The equipment description and contact person for the facility are listed on the LNQE website under Technology in the LNQE Research Building.
