If you need a “Form 05 certificate according to §48 BAföG” for the Nanotechnology study program:
- Please send a current transcript of records. A downloaded PDF transcript of records is sufficient. Please also take a quick look to see if everything has been entered or if there are still points missing.
- The letter from the BAföG office often also states the deadline or semester to which this should apply. If this is included in the letter from the BAföG office, please let them know.

Form 10 - extension of the funding period - Certificate pursuant to §15 BAföG
If you require a “Form 10 - Extension of the maximum funding period beyond the maximum funding period (additional sheet)” for the nanotechnology degree program:
- Fill out your section of Form 10, i.e., personal details, eligibility information, and final declaration and signature. Send it to me.
- Please send a current transcript of grades. A downloaded PDF transcript is sufficient. Please also check briefly to see if everything has been entered or if any items are missing.
- Please estimate when you think you will be finished, i.e., month/year. Please indicate this in the email.
