Since Wednesday 10th September, Ms. Klimova and Ms. Stetsyra are guests of the LNQE and inform themselves on nanotechnology research in the participating institutes.
The city Saratov is the capital city of the Russian area with the same name, has about 850.000 citizens and is located at the right bank of the middle Volga. Saratov is a city rich in tradition in science and culture. Saratov State University is a major higher education and research institution in Russia. The university has 28 departments and institutes, more than 90 programmes of study are offered and the current enrolment is around 28 thousand students.
Ms. Dr. Svetlana Stetsyra is lecturer of the chair of material science, technology and quality management at the Department of Nano - and Biomedical Technologies of Saratov State University and Depute of Dean for Educational Work, Ms. Svetlana Klimova is PhD student there.
