"Journey to the Moon and Mars", that arouses interest among young and old. In a large public outreach event, Prof. Dr. Franz Renz from the Institute of Inorganic Chemistry at Leibniz University Hannover and member of the Laboratory of Nano and Quantum Engineering presented his research in an exhibition at the A2 Shopping Center Altwarmbüchen.
Franz Renz and Christian Krause, manager of the centre, welcomed interested guests to an evening reception on Friday 27.10.2023. The individual exhibits of the exhibition and the next moon and Mars missions were explained. In particular, the MIMOS II space Mössbauer spectrometer, which was involved in a Mars mission, and original moon rocks fascinated the audience.
