The Laboratory of Nano and Quantum Engineering has won Professor Dr. Detlev Ristau as a new member.
Prof. Ristau acts as the Head of the Laser Components Department at the Laser Zentrum Hannover e.V. and is also Professor of Applied Physics at the Leibniz Universität of Hannover, where he leads the research group "Ultra High Quality Optical Layers" in the context of QUEST.
Prof. Ristau's main research areas are the development and precise control of modern ion processes for the production of high quality and stable optical coatings and the characterization of optical laser components.
