The participation in one safety instruction for the period of one year is sufficient. The participation at the safety instructions is confirmed with a signature list.
Immediately following the LNQE safety instructions, we offer a instruction in radiation protection and according to the X-ray regulation. These are: Ionimplanter, Balzers evaporation system, Leybold, sputtering system, Riber MBE and TEM. Important: This documentation must be repeated at the latest exactly after one year.
