Since 01.09.2009 represent Mr. Prof. Dr.-Ing. Stefan Zimmermann the Sensor Technology Section at the Institute for Fundamental Electrical Engineering and Measurement Technology. The focus of his research activities are miniaturized sensors and measurement systems for the medical and safety technology. As a member of the Laboratory of Nano and Quantum Engineering, the development of new nanosensors will be promoted among other things.
