New Atomic Force Microscope

The new atomic force microscope in the LNQE research building

The clean room of the LNQE research building now has a new atomic force microscope

Funded by the Cluster of Excellence QuantumFrontiers, a new atomic force microscope is now available to the LNQE working groups in the clean room of the LNQE research building. The new device has been successfully applied for at QuantumFrontiers by Dr. Michael Zopf and Prof. Dr. Andreas Schell from the Institute of Solid State Physics. Congratulations!

The new Atomic Force Microscope (AFM) is a Nanosurf CoreAFM, an easy-to-use instrument for research with many different measurement modes. If you need it, please contact LNQE Technology.
