NanoDay 2011

The seventh NanoDay of LNQE in Hannover

On Thursday 29th September 2011 was held the annual NanoDay of the Laboratory of Nano and Quantum Engineering (LNQE) in Hanover/Germany. In eight lectures and a poster session the latest research results from the interdisciplinary working groups in the field of nanotechnology were presented. The talks can be downloaded as a PDF in the internal area of the LNQE website.

The Poster prizes funded by the Friends of the Leibniz University Hannover were awarded this year to:

„Growth of uniaxial graphene nanostructures by self-assembly“
J. Baringhaus, T. Langer, H. Pfnür und C. Tegenkamp
Institut für Festkörperphysik, Abteilung für atomare und molekulare Strukturen, Leibniz Universität Hannover

„Nanoparticles for multiple functionalization of scaffolds for tissue engineering applications“
A. Christel1, A. Neumann2, S. Williams1, A. Hoffmann3, C. Casper2, P. Behrens1
1 Institut für Anorganische Chemie, AK Festkörper- und Materialchemie, Leibniz Universität Hannover
2 Institut für Technische Chemie, Leibniz Universität Hannover
3 Klinik für Unfallchirurgie, Medizinische Hochschule Hannover

„Elektromagnetischer Mikroaktor zur Manipulation von superparamagnetischen Nanopartikeln“
