NanoDay 2025

The twenty-first NanoDay of the LNQE in Hanover

On Wednesday 25 September 2025, the annual NanoDay of the Laboratory of Nano and Quantum Engineering took place in Hannover. The latest research results from the interdisciplinary working groups in the field of nanotechnology were presented in eight lectures and a poster session.

This year there were 43 posters! The poster prizes sponsored by the Leibniz Universitätsgesellschaft e. V. went this year to:

  • Towards Molecular Based Single Photon Emitters: STML Studies on Organic Dye Molecules
Andreas Reutter, Yannis Hilgers, Anastasia Abrahamik, Stefan Kück, Markus Etzkorn, Uta Schlickum
TU Braunschweig, Institut für Angewandte Physik
  • Microfluidic Integration of Functionalized Hydrogels for Non-invasive Glucose and pH Sensing
    Ammar Ahmed¹˒², Lars Steinsiek¹˒², Kaussar El-Jamal¹˒², Alina Heidelmeier¹˒², Maria Leilani Torres-Mapa¹˒², Alexander Heisterkamp¹˒²
